During a Free Water Test
1. We Arrive at Your Home
We'll show up at the scheduled time. The whole visit typically takes about 30 minutes.
2. We Test Your Water
Using our testing equipment, we'll check your water for hardness, iron, sulfur, pH, and other common issues. This is done on-site so you can see the results immediately.
3. We Explain What We Find
We'll walk you through the results in plain language—no technical jargon. You'll understand exactly what's in your water and what it means.
4. We Discuss Options
If treatment would help your situation, we'll explain what options make sense. If you don't need anything, we'll tell you that too. No pressure either way.
5. You Decide
Take your time. There's no obligation to make a decision on the spot. Many people think it over for a few days, and that's perfectly fine.
During an Installation
Scheduling
We'll schedule the installation at a time that works for you. Most installations can be completed in one visit.
Installation Day
- We'll briefly shut off your water while we install the equipment
- Installation typically takes 2-4 hours depending on the system
